Omega 3 fatty acids are essential fatty acids that are not synthesized in the human body, so they must be supplied to the body with the daily diet or, if necessary, in the form of supplements. Omega 9 fatty acids are unsaturated fats, the representative of which (used in the OstroVit product) is oleic acid (OA). The main dietary source of the compound is olive oil, although oleic acid is also found in rapeseed oil, hazelnut oil, sunflower seed oil and linseed oil.
 
Vitamin E is a group of organic chemical compounds classified as fat-soluble vitamins, of which the greatest biological activity is demonstrated by, used in the preparation, D-alpha-tocopherol. It is a compound that in the human body is stored primarily in the adipose tissue and also in the adrenal glands. In food, however, it is found mainly in vegetable oils, nuts and seeds.
